Gatineau Sector (Quebec) (View Map)
This is a very large, framed photograph of Canadian troops landing on a beach in Normandy on D-Day, June, 1944. It has a plaque on it which says it is from the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa. We guess it was retired from there. It seems to have a cherry wood frame, and is 42" x 51." in very good condition.
