$750 · Looking for one person to share a townhome with

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom town home with a small fenced in yard on Meadowlands near Fisher to share with myself and my 3 cats. I have an unfinished furnished clean basement that has been made into a bedroom with a large futon with a thick mattress, a dresser, a 50 inch tv, a bar fridge, a coffee table, a place to hang your clothes, and a table with chairs. There's 2 windows with blinds. It's about a 20 by 20 ft space. There is a washer/dryer in the basement and a bbq in the backyard. The kitchen and bathroom is shared. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. It is $750 monthly for rent, utilities, wifi, and a there is 1 parking spot if needed. The 86, 111, and 89 buses are nearby. Its 35 minutes to downtown with bus and otrain. I am looking for 1 person to share with in the short term, possibly longer term if it works out. This would be for June 1st or earlier.
