The most common symptoms of a failed and partially defective GPU are: 1) A frequently crashing system, scrambled video or distorted screen. 2) No video display on the computer screen, even though the computer is plugged into a power socket and switched on. 3) Unexpected booting or computer restart. Please make sure to call and have your serial number ready which is located under "About this Mac" if it's still running or right underneath the bottom end of your laptop.
